I face problem where AVG Internet security Safe payments shield modifies DNS operation, it shouldnt, in my school network and my school email and webpage doesnt work because of that. Any idea how to solve this problem? THX in advance…

Petr, please let me know the status after disabling payments shield from AVG on your computer and check whether you are able to access school website and email.

You cant find my account because I downloaded trial version and then I use Chip magazine extentions so I use full version. 
Our school IT expert discovered that Secure payment shield was responsible for the the problem because when he deactivated it, my school email and school webpage worked without any problems. He said that the AVG and Secure payment shield specifically modifies DNS operations inside our school network. and it shouldnt be… So I need to solve it
