On 15 December having looked at the details of VPN I decided it was not for me as I only have one desktop computer, no i-pad or mobile phone. I aborted my purchase enquiry as pay pal would not accept my password. I thought that was the end of the transaction but to my surprise you have invoiced me for £57.36 on order no. [Order ID removed] against my wishes. How could this have happened as I had not completed the transaction. THEREFORE PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND THE TRANSACTION TO ME.
