AVG secure VPN and AVG Password not mentioned in AVG account and no connect menu in AVG Antivirus

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I have checked the order number and saw that you have placed order for AVG Secure VPN - 1 User, 12 Months and AVG Password Protection - 12 Months, but the charge has not reflected in our records. I am going to escalate this case to senior team. They will synchronize this with internal records. Due to technical issue. we are unable to deliver the purchased products and that the issue is expected to be fixed within a week. You will receive order confirmation email once they fix the issue.

I have for the moment AVG Antivirus Free version on my Sony VAIO computer.

I ordered and bought AVG secure VPN and AVG Password Protection on 27/12.

I received a confirmation of this order(11572735772) together with instructions to activate and open

my current AVG product, followed by opening the "connect menu". But there's no such a "connect menu".

Also in my AVG account are this 2 new abonnements not visible?
