AVG secure VPN and outgoing mail

Hello, I refer to my purchase of AVG secure VPN  (11729219372) dated 9/01/2018.
Have installed this weekend the pack.
Please note that –when AVG secure VPN is switched on- I can not send mails out via Windows Live Mail.
Receive following fault message
 
Serverfault: 421
Reaction of the server: 421 baptiste.telenet-ops.be bizsmtp 5.62.43.38 relaying denied
Server: 'uit.telenet.be'
Windows Live Mail-fout-id: 0x800CCC67
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secured(SSL): No

Stephen, do you have any other security software or AVG AntiVirus installed on your computer?

I have this same problem. I've tried different locations but that does not resolve the emails not being sent. AVG Secure VPN has to be turned off in able to send emails. Do you have a solution to this problem?

Hello Jozef,

I understand that you are unable to send emails with AVG Secure VPN enabled from Windows live mail. Please open AVG Secure VPN and change the location to near by server and check if you are able to send emails. If you face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.
