Hello Andrey,

I understand the inconvenience.
I request you to open AVG PC TuneUp dashboard to click on "Go to Zen".
It will open AVG main user interface, click on "Secure VPN" tile.
Check whether it is installed, if not, select "Try it free" in it and no trial notices should appear if you already logged into AVG network.
If you have the email address displayed at top of main user interface then it means that you have logged into AVG network.
If you connect option instead of your email address, click on connect and follow the steps as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate .

I have purchased a AVG Secure VPN and PC TuneUp subscription. It says, that it should automatically be detected, when logged in. However, nothing happens - I still don't have this… What happens?
