Avg secure vpn, avg tune up, avg internet security - active vs. subscribed

Let us clarify all your doubts here. 

1. Renewal date and Expiry date both are not same. Renewal date is 15 days before the date of subscription expiry. You have AVG Secure VPN (10 devices), valid until January 12, 2023. 

2. We see that auto-renewal of AVG Tuneup subscription is still ON. We have also sent reminder email to your email address. You do not need to do anything. You will automatically charged for AVG Tuneup on Jan 4th, 2022.

3. We have already merged AVG Internet Security subscription and You have AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) (10 devices), valid until January 12, 2023. Auto-renewal of this subscription is off. Hence, you will not be automatically charged for it. If you need to renew with discount, we request you to reach our sales team. 

If the auto-renewal is ON, the subscription status will show as "Subscribed"
If the auto-renewal is Off, the subscription status will show as " Active".

4. If your PC connects with new network or Wi-Fi connection, It will detects and ask you to confirm whether its trusted or untrusted network. If its known network, you can add it on trusted one. 

5. Could you please share the screenshot of the AVG Tuneup program which you are unable to fix? So, we can check and help you. 

6. You will get renewal option in AVG programs once the subscription expired.

1.  I renewed my subscription yesterday (30 % off).  I had 16 days left from my previous subscription.  I expected those days to be added to the new account (as in previous renewals).  That didn't happen.
Then I saw that the new "next charge date" was December 13, 2022.  That isn't a full year subscription.  Please explain?  I then saw that if it shows as "subscribed", you will auto charge on the next charge date.  Should I not have "renewed" myself?  I don't want to be charged twice.  My renewal and your auto charge.  If this is the case, please refund my $67.40 that I was billed yesterday (order #:  681059052139).

2.  I need to renew my AVG Tune-up (have 8 days left).  But was unable to find how I can renew it shows as "Subscribed".  Not sure what to do at this point.

3.  My AVG Internet Security doesn't need to be renewed until 2023, however, it shows as "Active"  Can you explain the difference?  Subscribed vs. Active…  If you auto charge, how do we get the discounts that you offer and the time it needs to be renewed?  And how do you insure that the remainder of the previous subscription is added to the renewal?  When it is time for renewal for my AVG Internet Security, can you make it as "Subscribed" for auto renewal?  If I'm understand this right.

4.  I have received notification "open firewall".  When I open it asks me Unidentified network… trust or don't trust.  Not understanding what to do here.

5.  AVG TUNE UP shows I have 2 problems that need to be fixed but unable to "open" to continue to ask AVG to fix the 2 problems.

6. Please explain why we can't open up AVG and go to "renewal" section like we used to do.  Was so much easier.
