AVG Secure VPN blocking Outlook Express mail

I'm sorry to hear that AVG Secure VPN is blocking your outlook express. In this case, I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private) at first, please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access Outlook with enabled AVG Internet Security/AVG Secure VPN. If the issue still persists, then I request you to change the AVG Secure VPN location (open AVG Secure VPN > disconnect >  change location, select a nearby different location > connect) and check if your Outlook express emails is working fine.

I have a problem receiving mail via Outlook Express and trying to log in direct to my BT Mail account  via Chrome or Firefox to check mail.

I discovered if I turn off AVG Secure VPN temporarily reverything works normally.

Any advice please?
