My AVG secure VPN blocks connection to my HP printer on iMac OS, as well, blocks airdrop connections to & from iMac to my iPhone… I have to turn off VPN to allow these connections to work.
same kind of issues on my iPhone VPN app not allowing connection to my iPhone Ring door bell app… it will only connect if I shut off VPN. What am I doing wrong? Frustrated
Hi Dave,
We're here to help.
AVG Secure VPN will hide the IP address of your computer using an encrypted connection.
Your system won't detect wireless printer connection when the IP address is hidden. This is normal behavior.
You need to disable AVG Secure VPN to connect with the wireless printer.
We have a specialized team to deal with mobile queries. We request you to contact them for your other 2 queries.
