AVG secure VPN, cannot install or activate

I understand the inconvenience.
It is necessary to check the program version and proceed further to install AVG Secure VPN.
Please get our additional support help in getting Secure VPN installed.
I have sent the email instructions on how to get connected with additional support.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I just paid for a subscription. It shows up on my account but there is no "AVG Secure VPN Tile" to click and no means of installing the product.  The email says "

		<p>Because you&#39;re already logged in to your AVG product, it will automatically update itself with your subscriptions and paid features within just a few minutes. There&#39;s nothing for you to do.&quot;<br>			Well, it doesn&#39;t.  I think I have just thrown £30 away.</p>
