AVG Secure VPN cannot see that internet connection is OK

AVG Secure VPN has not been working for two days. When I want to start it, it says that I am offline and I have to be online to make the program run even though my internet connect is OK (I mean I am online).

Could you please share the screenshot of the page that shows you're offline?

You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Also, please change the location and check for the issue status.

Let us reinstall AVG Secure VPN once and check it. Please open control panel and uninstall AVG Secure VPN from installed program list. Then, restart the PC. 
Once it's done, please download and install AVG Secure VPN by following below links :
