You can also remove AVG Secure VPN from your computer control panel and follow the steps from this link https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-AVG-Secure-VPN to install the latest version.

I have a problem with my AVG Secure VPN which can't connect to the internet. When I turn it on it says "connection error. Sorry it is not possible to establish a connection". I have access to the internet and I can browse the web without the VPN. I have tried to restart my PC several times afteriinstallation and flush the dns cache but it still not working.
This problem started when I reinstalled Avg VPN. I am using a paid version.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
