AVG Secure VPN disconnected

I understand how this must be upsetting.
I see that your AVG Secure VPN unlimited computers (1 year) was purchased on 7th July 2017 and AVG Secure VPN unlimited computers (2 years) was purchased on 9th September 2017.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to provide refund for both the subscription as the request has to be done within 30 days of the purchase.
However, I request you to get our additional support who can activate Secure VPN successfully and make sure that this kind of issues doesn't occur in future.
An email instruction has been sent on how to get connected with them.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I have same problem and very upseted from avg secure vpn , not stable disconnecting after few minutes and very slow

I want my money back.  VPN keeps disconnecting...this is the 2nd time...
I prefer not to deal with AVG anymore.   The nagging to keep buying or
upgrading is a pain.  It's over...Just sent me my $109.00 I paid for VPN
