Please open the AVG Secure VPN and verify the following settings.

AVG Secure VPN -> Settings -> General ->check whether the following option has been checked  "Start Secure VPN when computer starts".

Hi have paid for AVG Secure VPN. It should turn on automatically. However, after few minutes on turning my computer on, message comes indicating that my VPN is not on,
