AVG secure VPN does not connect

I tried to turn it on and the mssg poped up saying i am offline and i need to connect to the internet
I am already connected and i am writing to you this reply online

i took your advice and tried to change locations and even i removed the app and downloaded a trial version and it was the same scenario

Thanks for support so far, I was contacted by e-mails and i received remote help but we could not find why AVG VPN does not work on my PC. He told me that he would take a copy oy my log file and would get more senior assistance. This happened like 2 or 3 weeks ago and I did not receive any further updates. Does this have any relation to my country (Egypt) like possibly they ban using your app in my country or whatsoever..

I have subscribed to AVG secure VPN for almost 6 months till now and it suddenly does not connect fot the last maybe two weeks
