AVG Secure VPN doesnt work

Hello Savvas,
Please be informed that  AVG Secure VPN is accessible only via Secure VPN tile in AVG 2017 Zen. You must login on AVG Zen interface only but not on AVG Secure VPN interface. 

  1. Double-click the AVG icon on your desktop to open AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen).
  2. Click Connect in the top-right corner of the screen, then click Log in to an existing account.
  3. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG MyAccount during the purchase, and click Log in.
If you are unable to open the application by clicking on Secure VPN tile on AVG Zen, plesae consider uninstalling and re installing AVG Secure VPN once.

Hi, 
I installed AVG Secure VPN and I cannot open it.
I push on the Open button that appears in my home AVG screen but nothing happens.

Moreover, when I go to the AVG My Account, I receive the following message under my subscriptions, but I cannot open VPN in order to activate it…

"License number:

  • There is no license number for AVG Secure VPN.
    To activate, simply open it and log in using your AVG MyAccount email and password."

I would like to appreciate your efforts and patience to follow our suggestions. You can upload the screenshots on this thread itself. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. And Windows firewall or defender does not conflict with AVG Secure VPN, so you need not to disable them.

I uninstall it and install it again.
