I try to install AVG Sec VPN to MacBook Pro ver. 10.11.6 El Capitan. When I double click "AVG secure VPN" icon, there is coming a message: Install Error! AVG Secure VPN is already installed, please uninstall the previous version first.
But I can not find a previous version of my computer, so it is not possible to uninstall it?!
I have AVG Internet Security, version 19.5.
In which folder should the previous version be located? Or how to proceed with uninstallation and installation?

I am having the exact same issue.

I cannot locate this 'previous version' though.
Please help!!
Hi,
Sorry, but I have tried to find it every folder (even hidden folders) in my computer, but not found. Only file which I can find is "AVG Secure VPN.pkg" and that it is for installing. And that does not work.
Should I delete also AVG AntiVirus and try to install again both?
Thank you for your response.
Annoyingly the first step is not working!! (Visit the AVG Remote Support website.)
The link is broken I so I cannot connect remotely.
