AVG Secure VPN is unable to establish a connection

Check that your internet connection works when AVG Secure VPN is disconnected. If your internet connection is not working, check your network configuration.Select a different AVG server location. Open AVG Secure VPN, then click Change location on the main application screen and select a location. To know more about it refer Troubleshooting AVG Secure VPN connection issue. I can't connect internet when avg vpn is executed in my desktop (OS:Windows 7)
Even I reinstall avg vpn, The problem is still existed. Why?

Hi,
I havet tried method you showed  in FAQs
i.e.
1.Select a different AVG server location.
2.Disconnect other VPN services that may be running on your PC. If you are connected to another VPN, it is likely that AVG Secure VPN won't work properly.
3.Restart your PC and try connecting to AVG Secure VPN again
This desktop is used in my home firewall is not existed.
If I turn off avg  vpn the internet access is normal , turn on avg vpn the internet is disconneted.
This situation had happened 1 month ago.  Reinstall can solve the problem.
Unfortunately, reinstall is not working this time.
