AVG Secure VPN - License Banned

As the title states, I currently have a computer that the AVG VPN refuses to function on. When attempting to enable, it errors out and prompts a message to contact support. 

Message states:
"License Banned
Sorry, this license has been banned. For more info, please contact support."

I've tried to use the chat function, but it tells me it is unavailable. 

Is there a way that I can reset the application to resolve this issue?
