AVG secure VPN license blocked

Also, I see that you are unable to connect  to our chat support team, could you try connecting from a different browser and check if you are able to connect to our chat support team.

My AVG secure VPN has been blocked (I have AVG Ultimate license). I tried to explain this on the support site, but the chat won't load. What can cause a VPN license to be blocked? Other AVG products work without any problems.
