Hello Steve.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
When connected through a VPN, your device's original IP address is masked and the VPN server's IP address is assigned.
I'd request you to manually connect to UK, Wonderland location and verify if the issue is resolved.
Then restart your PC to make sure the location is not changed.
There is no difference between those two, Steve
These are just the servers available in the VPN for your to connect.

Although I am based in UK, Glasgow, my AVG Secure VPN keeps showing a location of
'Ireland, Dublin' which is preventing me from accessing my some UK based websites.
After having a 'chat' with AVG (case number 12534153 refers this location was manually changed
to 'UK, Wonderland' and I was able to connect to the 'failing' websites. However when the remote session was ended the location appears to have reverted to 'Ireland, Dublin' which again prevents me accessing this website. I tried changing the location to 'UK, Glasgow (optimal) but the websites still thinks I am trying to connect from outside UK. From reading on web this appears to be due to the IP address being assigned by the Secure VPN app.
Can I set a default Location within Secure VPN app or is this determined by the IP address I am connecting from?
Thanks for your quick reply.
I changed the Location as suggested and restarted the PC.
On restart the Location is showing as 'UK,Wonderland'.
I notice there is another Location listed which labelled 'UK,Glasgow' . What is the difference, if any, between these two Locations?
