Hi I loaded this program on my computer and then tried to access Netflix only could access the site without first uninstalling the VPN program which I did then Netflix worked again. Does this always happen or is there something I should have done.

We'd like to inform that some service providers also block VPN traffic, the major being Netflix. This is an issue on provider’s side and we cannot influence it. We'd request to reinstall AVG Secure VPN, click on 'Change location' and try connecting to any of these locations Gotham, Miami, New York, Seattle, Wonderland and check if you can stream the videos.
While reloading the program and changing my location worked, only what was meant to be a 60 free trial ended up as only a 7 day free trial, I have to wonder why we have to purchase all these extra add ons I have protection, update drivers, trackers and now VPN. surely one application should cover the whole product… Anyway how do I get the 60 day trial which my confirmation email said Im entitled to.
