AVG has suddenly stopped working on my iMac and my two year Subscription is no longer recognised, but still has 18 months to run.

I bought my 2-year subscription in September 2019, Order Number:40325******.
I have a license number in the email but no activiation code I can see.
AVG has worked fine until a few days ago, when it would not turn on the VPN.
The odd thing is that I can log in to my AVG account with the cometnews email address but not with my rogistics email for my work: rogistics@v*********.com, which is the address I used for the September 2019 subscription (up until then I used the cometnews address) Is that what is causing the confusion?
But why has it suddently happened this week?
