VPN suddenly turned itself off on my laptop. When trying to turn it on, it says that my
"plan only entitles me to only 1 connection at a time. Please disconnect from another device or upgrade your plan."
I have secure VPN Multi-device which is not due to end until November 2021. This is confirmed when I check My Subscription and the only other device with VPN is my phone.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how was it resolved?
