AVG Secure VPN - Under the drop down list AVG Secure VPN cannot be found hence I choose AVG protection.
I paid for this service on 15 November 2017 but it has not installed on my computer. I have feedback to the "GURU" and nothing done except being informed not to keep informing them more then once as it will make no different and would not help to expedite their response early and to wait. I have been waiting till now 14 December 2017 already a month ago and I have paid for 24 months protection. Am I going to be compensated or refunded for the " 1 month". How to recommend to others to sign up for all these AVG scheme. What can I do besides keep waiting ! as I can't seem to find any other contact email address or number for AVG, the given number kept ringing but nobody answered although supposed to be 24 hours ?. Can anyone help me?

You can download and install this product from AVG dashboard installed on your computer. To open AVG dashboard, please open AVG Internet Security and then click on the home button at the left side of the window.
Please open AVG dashboard (Zen) and click on AVG Secure VPN tile. You can see an option "Try for free", click on the same to install and activate AVG Secure VPN. Make sure that you have logged in to your AVG MyAccount from your AVG Zen dashboard.
Once you install this program, please let us know, so we can assist you with a one-month free extension of AVG Secure VPN.
