The Secure VPN remains switched off unless I manually turn it on each time I start a device. What is happening?

Please follow the below steps to check for the issue:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Settings > Network Security > if the "Exclude private network" option is checked, please uncheck it and check if the issue still persists.
