Hi - for the last 24 hours my AVG Secure VPN will not connect when I try to switch it on. I just keep getting the same 'Can't connect to VPN' message, offering the option of trouble shooting.

I have followed all the steps in the troubleshooting and have uninstalled/reinstalled/applied any updates - but just keep getting the same error.

I've also tried to report this to AVG via the further support option, but there seems to be something wrong with that too!

Anyone any ideas? I need to get it resolved ASAP.
