I have an AVG VPN subscription. On my wife’s laptop, my own PC and my mobile phone it is working correctly, but on my wife’s mobile phone everything is red colored and switched on “OUT”. The settings are the same as my own mobile. Also the automatically connection possibility is switched on and however AVG VPN is not working. My wife’s phone and my own phone are the same trademark: Samsung Galaxy.

Ik heb een abonnement op AVG VPN. Op de laptop van mijn vrouw, mijn PC en mijn mobiel werkt het uitstekend. Alleen op het mobiel van mijn vrouw staat alles op rood en op UIT. De instellingen zijn hetzelfde als bij mij. Ook het automatisch verbinding maken staat aan en toch werkt het niet.
