I am a customer at AVG for Internet security. I bought from you on 5 -12-2017 the product AVG Secure VPN, and I have paid € 71,76. You send me a confirmation that I have paitd. Ordernummer 11338068572, and I will get an mail from you stating that I do not have to do anything, but nothing happens. So I want to get in touch with you about that. But nowhere is a phanenummber known or a mail adress. I explainet everything by letter and sent it to your adress in Amsterdam. Bus there is no reaction.
I find this procedure bad!!! I now want to use my right to reseive the payment immediately.
I assume you will arrange that now!
