Hi. I have got his issue on 3 of my iOS devices, a MacBook Air, (c2011), a brand new MacBook Pro and and iMac late 2014, and at present only the latter will allow connection to Citrix. I cannot spot an obvious difference in the way the three machines are setup. The Air worked until yesterday, and Pro work intermittently, and the iMAC consistently works
The MacBook seem to be timing out when the EPA runs and this seems to be because VPN slows down the connection to the internet.
Any ideas?
Hello, Shaun.
We're here to help. You may experience a slower internet connection when using AVG Secure VPN. A VPN encrypts traffic and data before sending it to a server. Depending on the distance and capacity of the server, this process may cause a slightly slower, but safer, internet connection.
Is the connection slow or is it getting blocked completely? Did you turn off VPN connection and check if you can establish a connection without issues?

Shaun, we'd request to turn off VPN and verify if the connection to Citrix works fine. If the issue is resolved when VPN is disabled, please consider uninstalling and re installing the app once.
Hi Avinash,
Thanks. I appreciate it will be slower, but it has previoulsy worked with no issues. It seemed to have really slowed down, anf in the case of the app it seems to allow it to time out. Access to webites are just very slow
