Firstly, please do not share your activation code or other personal and account related information on this public forum.
It could be possible that you did not complete the activation of AVG Secure VPN on Mac.
I have sent an email containing instructions on how to do that. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

I paid for AVG Secure for 5 devices for my MacBook Pro on July 30/20, licence # [Activation code removed], yet I am still asked all the time to upgrade, why and am I actually covered ?
