I am also unable to get AVG Secure VPN to display on my screen (like another user). I have installed, uninstalled, updated Microsoft C++ versions, run anti-virus, checked disk for errors, run anti-malware . . . and I still have BUPKIS, NADA, NIENT, All I get is a WHITE SCREEN BOX where the AVG Secure VPN dialogue should be!!! Very disappointed . . . need quick resolution. Running Windows 10 (with all current updates), 64-bit,with more than adequate memory and RAM on ASUS Notebook/Tablet machine.

We appreciate your efforts in trying to fix the issue. Please restart AVG Secure VPN service and check with it. Open run command by pressing Windows and R key simultaneously, type " services.msc " and press enter. Select AVG Secure VPN and choose restart service from left pane.
