Hello, Tom.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We'd request you to click on 'Change location' and click on P2P and connect to a P2P location in USA. Then check if you can load the websites without issues.
Hi Avinash -
Tried a couple P2P locations in the US, where I am, including the "optimal" one I always used to use. No Joy.
Among others, tried Yahoo.com does not work (VPN off, all works well) only parts of Bing.com "Microsoft site" works with AVG VPN on. EVEN AVG AntiVirus cant resolve DNS issue when trying to update with AVG VPN on! Oh MY.. If this is not an AVG bug, then it is a Windows 10 update issue (hence ability to use bing and bing alone) for which AVG needs to contact MS for a hook into their OS. Is there any widget or applet to help VPN work?
Is there anything in regedit to assist? Tried to ask for a refund, even partial from AVG as product no longer works for 99%. No joy.

Problem with AVG VPN got worse around 6/15/2018 or so. AVG Secure VPN will not allow MSEdge, Google Chrome, or Firefox to browse. All sessions time out. Location is local, reinstall did not help. Using paid version of AVG VPN on Windows 10. Turn off AVG VPN and all browsing comes back to life without even restarting the browsers. Per support, I Disabled Multi DNS on windows etc. NO JOY!
One VERY odd piece is that AVG secure VPN ONLY work on Microsoft BING sites!... No other web sites like Google.com and other 20 I tied work. All others time out. What is the deal AVG? I have 3 of your products, but VPN simply does not work for 99% of web browsing. You have some deal with Microsoft????

Also tried dumbing down Network Card to IpV4 only and dropping ipv6. No Joy.
Tried ipconfig /flushdns from command prompt before and after starting AVG VPN, No Joy.
Tried bing, yep, still works. Tried win10 update, yep, works (hint hint again, its a microsoft update restriction on using vpn).
Still looking into Microsoft solutions to vpn. Suggests disable split tunneling, which I don't see and option for in AVG VPN, so perhaps it is not there or just not a config option.
Also tried regedit to no effect (as parallela and aaa do not exist in my registry.
setting this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache\Parameters\ DisableParallelAandAAAA [REG_DWORD 0]
