AVG Secure VPN would not connect after WIN10 RESTART

We're here to help.
Please apply the below settings in AVG Secure VPN to establish a VPN connection after a PC start up.

Open AVG Secure VPN, click Settings (gear icon) at the top.
Select Network Security in the left pane.
On the right side under 'Turn on the VPN', make sure "Automatically when connected to Internet'".
Then uncheck "Exclude Trusted Networks". Click OK to apply the settings.

AVG Secure VPN works fine and connects fine.  No issues except this one:

After a WIN10 RESTART, AVG Secure VPN would not connect.  When I switch off (shut down) my PC and switch it on later, everything works fine.  But, whenever I use the WIN10 RESTART option, AVG Secure VPN would not activate.  Worst, it would not tell me that I lost my protection in the process of restarting the computer - I would not receive the Message that my AVG Secure VPN Session has ended.  ("Don't show again" is not activated...). I found out "accidentally", which, somehow, is not acceptable.

Just to make sure:  This only happens when  using the  WIN10 RESTART.

Please advise.
