I understand the inconvenience.
You have purchased AVG Secure VPN - 1 User, (12 Months) which is valid till 29th March 2019.
Open AVG Secure VPN window, if you see option as "connected" at the top, click on it.
Select "Log out" and then click on "Log in" to enter your AVG my account credentials.
If you don't have "connected" option then proceed to click on "Log in" and then enter AVG my account credentials.
