Even a simple test search e.g. pigs I get an AVG 'THreat Secured' on 'goto.searchpowerline.com' as it is infected with 'URL.Scam'.
Any ideas as to how I can stop this?

I Fixed it! Ran AVG Boot time scan and that cleared it. It had only affected MS Edge on my study PC. My 2nd PC (no AVG) in the garage (for my bike turbo-trainr) was unaffected.
