AVG Security blocking network drive

Lost connection to my network drive (NAS) and AVG won't even let me see it on the network, wtf???

Hello Jeff,
I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access Network drive with enabled AVG Internet Security.
Best regards,
Alok.

MS backup service still won't access the volume, any other ideas?

Jeff , may I know if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.
Best regards,
Alok.
