We're sorry to know that. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program.
If the process is still stuck, please force restart/shutdown the computer in which you experience the issue.

Avg is in a cyle now for 12 hours telling me it is removing a threat:
windows/syssow64/flashplayer.installer.exe.  It has locked up my computer, I can't close anything down, have no access to email and cannot get to task manager.
