Hi Santhosh,

The AVG Tune Up is still working, it is the AVG Antivirus Protection that we previously paid for and installed on our computer.  The purchase may wellhave been under my wife's login.  We both use the same computer at home.  I don't want to download your free trial version in case it deletes our paid for version.

Selected Reasons: Technical support - I have a problem using the
product.

Shopper Comments: I don't appear to have a current security system. I
recently paid the annual subscription and it is still asking for my
license number.  Where do I find that on the computer.
