Previously, you have contacted our live chat support and they have merged your duplicate subscriptions and extended the validity.
You need to switch or reactivate the subscription to reflect the new expiry date in the AVG Internet Security interface.

The interface of my AVG scanner came up with a panel saying that my AVG Security was due to expire in 11 days and to click to renew. When I looked into My Subscriptions it showed that that one wasn't due 'til June 22nd 2022. It's a 2yr one.
When I looked into my Purchase History it shows another AVG Security (multi device) which was taken out in 2019, October I think just from memory, and this must be the one that they say is due to run out. Why have I got two of these? The one for 2yrs it shows I've paid $126 for, and the other has been paid for separately too. I also seem to have all my devices (about four or five) lumped in together which I've paid over $100 for and these don't run out 'til next year. AVG Security is in with that too. What is going on?
