I understand that you are unable to open AVG and no shortcut is available.

I have 2 issues (I found the second issue whilst trying to fix the first one.
First - I have a 2 year subscription for internet security - order number 703-21*****
The package has 'disappeared' from my system - no shortcuts, nothing in the start menu, if I try to find it by uninstalling it - no reference anywhere. If I try to download and reinstall it, I'm told the latest version is already installed and the process stops.
Second - I paid for a 2 year subscription last September and upon checking my account status I'm told the Security package is due for renewal 23/2/18.
