On the 15 February this year I received from AVG notice "You've unsubscribed from AVG for:
i) AVG Internet Security
ii) AVG Ultimate
iii) Avg Secure VPN
iv) AVG Tune-up
v) AVG Anti Track
vi) AVG Driver Update
This should not have happened as when I made contact I was seeking to collate all the above to a singular account rather than the individual separation of accounting payments.
For example:
i) AVG VPN - case # 15105002? not sure what this means
ii) AVG Tune-up 2 yearly expires 23/9/22 $69.99
iii) AVG Driver Update 2 yearly expires 2/1/23 $64.56
iv) AVG Internet Security Yearly expires 18/1/23 $47.88
v) AVG Security Yearly expires 25/2/22 (have invoice for $109.99 assume will be activated by AVG)
What is of absolute concern is I'm now receiving notification of all being expired and now no longer protected. Please respond immediately as to what the state of play is with AVG and ongoing security, bearing in mind some of the payments for the unexpired services should still be in place.
If you no longer want my account please advise and I'll move to another security service.
