As we checked with our records, our senior technicians has sent you email instructions on reactivating AVG Zen.
Have you tried to reactivate AVG Zen with the email instructions?

I have AVG Protection (or should have) as part of my AVG Ultimate installation installed on a windows 10 HP Pavilion x2 detachable!
Every time it is installed afresh after cleaning and removing all AVG installed programs and improved bits and pieces it initially shows as being PROTECTED for my Netbook!
However, after a restart the PROTECTION part of the installed AVG programs highlight NOT PROTECTED!
The latest thing I notice is that I can't 'log out or 'leave this network' due to some problem attempting to connect with the AVG server!
It has been about 3 month contacting the remote advisory technicians at various levels of seniority, but still no solution to the problem!
I am beginning to wonder if there is some peculiar part of my windows 10 installation that is interfering with any attempt to connect to the AVG servers!
Does anybody have a clue to what is going on?

I have cleaned and reinstalled AVG using yesterday's download of Ultimate program installation. But, prior to any intention of restarting, I carried out the directions in the latest email you sent me regarding logging out and in etc.
After the latest restart, any attempt to log out or "leave this network" gives the following response:
"Sorry, we've experienced a slight hiccup in communicating with our server"
Any attempt to open the AVG INTERNET PROTECTION window gives:
UI FAILED TO LOAD
This is really embarrassing
AV Service is not responding.
Options are given of EXIT or RESTART SERVICE.
EXIT works; RESTART SERVICE goes to AVG Virus scanner. After clicking YES to this, nothing seems to happen!
