Which of the above mentioned programs are you unable to activate?
Second, from when did you start experiencing this issue?
Third, please change your computer's DNS settings to Google DNS as mentioned in this article and check if the issue persists.

Hi, have tried, on numerous occasions, to enter a valid activation code but keep receiving the reply 'server not responding'? When will this error be resolved or do I return the activation code to Amazon for a refund, please assist/ resolve, thanks, Ian.
