Avg service and general avg taking up always 100% disk usage

Hi there everyone when I start up my pc I always have 100% disk usage on task manager, avg is always up there which is avg service, avg engine antivirus server, avg antivirus bug report, and avg antivirus, any help would be really appreciated thank you.
