We regret for the inconvenience caused. AVG Internet Security - Unlimited does not require a license number at all. It is activated using your AVG MyAccount's email address and password. Before re installing the product, we'd request to try repairing (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG) it to check if that resolves the issue.
I'm getting a message saying "AVG reports that UI Failed to load." I've followed the instructions on this thread | AVG
but it hasn't helped. My question is if I uninstall and then reinstall the software will it remember my license details? I'm asking as I can't obtain the details through the software as it won't run.
