AVG Settings Popup Freezes

Hello Z Dan,
I'm sorry to hear about this. This might be because of conflicting security program or any windows updates. So I request you to reinstall AVG Internet Security program using AVG Remover/AVG Clear tool. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. (1/2)

Dan, sorry for the delay in reply. I have sent you an email, please follow the email steps to send us diagnostic information from your computer. This information will allow us to analyze the situation and provide you with a solution.

Hi, I have just completed the sys info collect & send. Hope it reaches you. Thank you!

Hello,

I am running AVG Internet Security on Windows 10 (enterprise) and whenever I hit Settings the popup stretches from the top of the desktop to the bottom, all just black and freezes… have to "kill the process" eventually.

Anyone else seen this? Any ideas what might be causing it… I tried reinstall, after complete uninstall, no go. Still happens.

Thx. Zdan.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have used the AVG remover tool and reinstalled. Nothing has changed, I cannot access the settings menu.

Here's a bit about the pc I have the avg internet security issue on.

- intel i7 2700k on asus gene3 board
- samsung nvme 950pro 256gb sys bootable
