I can understand your concern. Please let me know if you have the latest version of AVG installed in your computer. You can also send us the screenshot(http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the AVG version installed in your computer, so we can check the same and assist you further.

I have been having issues with AVG Free and Windows 10 Pro.
I have been able to verify that the AVG Folder and Files shell extensions prevent right click access to files and folder properties.
By disabling the shell extensions full, and expected, functionality has been restored.
Is this an error in AVG Free or Windows 10 Pro?

Please see screenshots above. I resolved the issue by disabling the two AVG Shell Extensions as shown in the picture "AVG Shell Extension disabled" but I'm unsure if that is the correct action.
I have tried to repair Windows 10 (sft /scannow) in both normal and safe mode without any issues being found.
I hope you can clarify how to correct.
