AVG showing on more than one device

Hi there
Following a windows update to my PC all 3 AVG products are showing as inactive as I have the products on multiple devices.  I have one PC only and have not transferred to a new one for the last 7 years
Please can you advise as to how to fix this as my only PC is showing as not protected despite all 3 subscriptions being active -

I have this same  problem, which started last week.
