AVG shredder not showing

From your description, it seems that you're concerned about the contextual menu (right click option),
If so, then the contextual menu (Shred using AVG) will be displayed after installing AVG.
As you've reinstalled the operating system, please check if AVG Antivirus is also reinstalled.
To check this : Go to control panel - Programs - Programs & Features - Check if AVG Antivirus is listed.

Had to reinstall windows 10 and now my AVG shredder does not show up in the Recycle Bin.
