I clicked on the boost button in the smart game booster software and now the speed of the laptop cpu is 4.10 ghz and the laptop heats up 
. Tell me how to fix it. Previously it had to be taken at 2.42 speed

May I know the AVG application which installed on your PC?
Also, let us know the operating system of your PC.
Please share the screenshot of the AVG program which shows the boost button in it.
